San Joaquin County Superior Court Upholds EIR for City of Stockton’s 2035 General Plan

The Honorable Lesley D. Holland, Judge of the San Joaquin County Superior Court has issued a decision ruling that the City of Stockton’s environmental impact report (EIR) for its 2035 general plan complies with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) with respect to the EIR’s analysis of groundwater impacts.
