  • Two California Air Districts Publish Guidance to Help Evaluate the Impacts of Land Use Projects on Climate Change under CEQA

    The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District (SJVAPCD) has published a final draft staff report on addressing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), under its Climate Change Action Plan. The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) has also included guidance on evaluating GHG emissions in its September 2009 CEQA Draft Air Quality Guidelines.
