State Water Resources Control Board Holds Workshops even before Economic Stimulus Bill Was Passed
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Board), through its California Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Program, is holding a series of workshops to discuss funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Bill of 2009, HR 1. The purpose of the workshops is to discus the bill’s objectives and provisions, project priorities, and funding mechanisms.
