In response to increasing challenges facing the waters of the State of Oregon, the Office of Governor Ted Kulongoski has created a water strategy for the state—Headwaters to Ocean (H2O) (Water Strategy)— that will foster involvement and innovation at the basin level in attempting to achieve sustainable water supplies and quality to benefit Oregon.
