State Water Resources Control Board Partially Grants Water Right Permit to Orange County Water District for Santa Ana River Water
On December 2, 2008 the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) partially approved water right application 31174 of the Orange County Water District (OCWD) to appropriate water from the Santa Ana River to storage in various basins within OCWD’s boundaries in Orange and Riverside Counties.
