Nevada State Engineer’s Ruling on Interbasin Transfer Applications in Cave, Dry Lake, and Delamar Valleys Challenged Seeking Judicial Review
Recently, various individuals and entities filed a petition for judicial review challenging the Nevada State Engineer’s (State Engineer) Ruling 5875 in which the State Engineer partially granted the Southern Nevada Water Authority’s (SNWA) applications in three hydrographic basins in Northeastern Nevada for the interbasin transfer of groundwater for use in Clark County.
