In Golden Gate Water Ski Club v. County of Contra Costa, on July 25 the California Court of Appeal, First Appellate District affirmed that a city or county may order demolishment and removal of illegal, unpermitted structures, despite a considerable lapse in time and delay in the enforcement action.
