  • Office of Planning and Research Publishes CEQA Technical Advisory for Climate Change Analysis

    The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) now requires lead agencies to analyze and mitigate a project’s effect on Greenhouse Gas Emissions (GHG) and climate change. Although CEQA Guidelines are still being developed, the Office of Planning and Research (OPR) has released an interim Technical GHG Advisory to assist lead agencies in this analysis.
