California Air Resources Board Issues Draft Scoping Plan to Implement State’s Global Warming Solutions Act
On June 26th, the California Air Resources Board (CARB) issued its “draft scoping plan,” as required by the California Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006 (known as Assembly Bill (AB) 32, Núñez) (Cal. Health and Safety Code § 38500 et seq.). The draft scoping plan is intended to provide the roadmap for California to achieve the ambitious goals set forth by AB 32.
