  • California’s ‘Green Collar’ Workforce—AB 3018 Passes Assembly

    California Assembly Bill 3018, known as the “California Green Collar Jobs Act of 2008” (AB 3018), addresses California’s increasing demand for a highly skilled and well-trained “green collar” workforce. With concerns for the economy at the forefront for politicians and businesses alike, a new workforce of “green collar” jobs has emerged. It was adopted by the California Assembly on May 27, 2008 and is currently in the California Senate.
