California Water Boards Reissue Draft Strategic Plan Update 2008-2012

The California Water Boards (Water Boards), comprised of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Board) and the Regional Water Quality Control Boards (Regional Boards) have issued their revised Draft Strategic Plan Update for 2008 —2012, dated January 25, 2008 (Draft SP Update). The Draft SP Update was earlier released on November 30, 2007 and extensive internal and public comments were submitted regarding content and organization of the document. Based on those comments and various stakeholder meetings held throughout the state, the Water Boards prepared and released the current Draft SP Update. The comment period on the Draft SP Update formally closed on February 15, 2008.
