First District Court Holds CEQA Lawsuit Does Permit Prevailing Party to Obtain Costs Associated with Reparation of Record Agreed to, but Prepared by, Opposing Party

In this case, the Court of Appeal confirmed that Public Resources Code § 21167.6 allows a prevailing party to obtain certain costs associated with preparation of the record in a lawsuit pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), even when the other party has elected to prepare the record.
