Water Contractors File Notice of Intent to Sue the California Department of Fish and Game and the California Fish and Game Commission over Striped Bass Management
The Coalition for a Sustainable Delta filed a notice of intent to sue the California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) and the California Fish and Game Commission on October 25, 2007. In its notice, the Coalition for a Sustainable Delta allege striped bass fishing regulations are partly to blame for the decline of fish in the California Delta, including Delta smelt, steelhead, and salmon.
