First District Court Finds Gift of Property to Solano County Is Subject to Deed Restrictions

On September 21, 2007, the Court of Appeal for the First District issued a decision holding that the trial court erred when it granted summary judgment declaring that Solano County owned property free of certain restrictions on use that had been contained in the grant deed.
