Green Infrastructure: A Storm Perfected?

“Green Infrastructure.” A catchy phrase, but what does it mean? A green roof on the occasional city hall, perhaps, or a patch of permeable paving outside of the latest natural foods store? Green Infrastructure could easily be mistaken for a trend, driven by nothing more than the energy of a few early adopters who, like the poor, will always be with us. Just another creative, untried, somehow vaguely disreputable novelty shoved under the nose of mainstream culture.
