Colorado Supreme Court to Address Groundwater Rules and the Legislatively-Imposed Standard of Sustainability
The Colorado Supreme Court will soon address the General Assembly’s introduction of a new term into administration of groundwater rights in Division 3: “sustainable,” in the case on appeal, Cotton Creek Circles, LLC v. Rio Grande Water Conservation Dist., et. al., Case No. 07SA42.
