Congress Likely to Address Clean Water Act Jurisdiction in the Fall
When Congress returns from its August recess, it is expected to discuss previously introduced legislation that seeks to amend the Clean Water Act (CWA) and clarify the jurisdiction of the United States over waters located in the country, largely for the purpose of dealing with water pollution.
