State Water Resources Control Board Dismisses Petitions for Review of Central Valley Agricultural Waiver
On May 17, 2007, the State Water Resources Control Board dismissed the petitions for review that had been filed to challenge the Conditional Waivers of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Irrigated Lands (Irrigated Lands Waiver), adopted by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (Central Valley Regional Board) on June 22, 2006. Dismissal of the petitions triggers a 30-day period for any petitioner to file a lawsuit in Superior Court.
