Nevada Legislative Update: Several Water-Related Bills Do Not Make It Out of Committee

April 13, 2007, marked the deadline of the Nevada Legislature for all bills to come out of the first house committee to which they were referred. Any bill that did not come out of committee by this date and for which an exemption was not acquired, will not be allowed to have any further action taken.
