The Superior Court of Alameda County recently granted motions for preliminary injunction filed by the petitioners in three consolidated cases, including California Oak Foundation and the City of Berkeley, mandating that the University of California at Berkeley stay construction of the Southeast Campus Integrated Projects (campus project), described further below. This ruling comes after the petitioners filed a petition for writ of mandate and complaint for declaratory and injunctive relief on December 19, 2006.
