Assemblywoman Wolk Proposes State Planning and Zoning Law Amendments to Address Global Warming-Related Flooding Concerns
On January 22, 2007, Assemblywoman Lois Wolk (D-Davis) introduced Assembly Bill No. 162 (AB 162) regarding land use, water supply, and global warming. The bill proposes to amend §§ 65302, 65303.4, and 65884.04 of the Government Code, and proposes a new Government Code § 65302.7. All sections relate to local planning.
