    Wishtoyo Foundation/Ventura Coastkeeper et al. v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

    In yet another challenge to development along the Santa Clara River, environmental plaintiffs filed suit against the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) seeking to set aside two dredge and fill permits and demanding that no more permits be issued along the Santa Clara River until a comprehensive, cumulative analysis of dredging and filling within the Santa Clara River watershed has been completed.
