Kentucky Is a “One-Disease” State for Toxic Exposure

The Court of Appeals of Kentucky held that a plaintiff has only one opportunity to sue for all injuries resulting from the same toxic exposure; once the statute of limitations runs, the plaintiff is timebanned from bringing additional defendants or adding additional claims.
