Placer County and Placer County Water Agency Agree to Formation of Joint Powers Agency to Manage Middle Fork Project
On January 10, 2006, the Placer County Board of Supervisors and the Placer County Water Agency (PCWA) agreed to create a joint powers authority to oversee relicensing of PCWA’s Middle Fork American River Project.
