California’s Governor Schwarzenegger to Decide Future of CALFED Program
Based on the recommendations generated from two recent reports, the California Bay-Delta Authority (CBDA) has drafted a “CALFED Bay-Delta Program Ten-Year Action Plan Framework” (action plan).
