Court Provisionally Approves Stipulation to End Eight-Year Santa Maria Basin Adjudication
On July 7, 2005 Judge Jack Komar of the Santa Clara County Superior Court provisionally approved a stipulation advanced on behalf of most of the active litigants in this adjudication, a stipulation that will end the litigation for most parties and put in place a basin management scheme that effectively resolves the issues that separate competing interests in the basin.
