    California Sportfishing Protection Alliance v. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission

    A coalition of environmental and fishing organizations sued the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) pursuant to the federal Endangered Species Act (ESA). The petition seeks to force FERC to initiate formal ESA consultation on the operation of the De-Sabla Centerville Project, a hydroelectric power project on the Feather River system.
