Fourth District Court Finds Developer Had Not Obtained Vested Right to Develop Property Absent Compliance with Specific Plan Requirements
Hafen v. Orange County, ___Cal.App.4th___
Finding in favor of Orange County, the Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed a trial court decision requiring Orange County to issue a grading permit to Thomas Hafen, Jack Hafen, and their trust, World Ventures (Hafen). The court remanded the case to the trial court with instructions to deny the writ petition.
