Water Supply Assessment for the City of Rohnert Park Challenged
O.W.L. Foundation v. City of Rohnert Park
On February 24, 2005 a locally-based environmental group filed suit against the City of Rohnert Park, O.W.L. Foundation v. City of Rohnert Park (SCV-236309) in Sonoma County Superior Court challenging the soundness of a recent water supply assessment prepared pursuant to SB 610, for the purpose of supporting future development decisions by the city.
