Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment Plan Submitted for State Approval.
On November 4, the Central Arizona Water Conservation District (CAWCD) Board of Directors approved a new 100-year draft plan of operation for the Central Arizona Groundwater Replenishment District (CAGRD). State law requires that the CAGRD operating plan be updated every ten years.
