Ohio Expands Erosion of Pollution Coverage into Directors and Officers Policies

The Ohio Court of Appeals has expanded its erosion of coverage for pollution related claims by finding in effect that directors and officers (D&O) policies cannot insure pollution related companies (such as solid and hazardous waste haulers) because of the pollution exclusion clause.
