State Water Resources Control Board Declines to Approve Basin Plan Amendment Concerning Groundwater Bacteria Requirements.
On May 20, 2004, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) declined to approve the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (Regional Board) proposed amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the Sacramento River and San Joaquin River Basins (Basin Plan).
