    LB/L SunCal Northlake LLC v. Newhall County Water District

    On April 27, 2004 Woodland Hills-based developer SunCal Northlake, LLC filed suit against Newhall County Water District (NCWD) in Los Angeles Superior Court, contending that based on a recently adopted resolution, NCWD will use new figures “as the basis to frustrate, delay or deny water service” to Northlake, SunCal’s 3900-home community development planned on the west side of Castaic Lake in Santa Clarita Valley.
