Parties Appeal State Water Resouces Control Board’s Standard Permit Term 91 Decision
El Dorado Irrigation District v. State Water Resources Control Board
The State Water Resources Control Board, Westlands Water District, and the State Water Contractors, filed notices of appeal of the Sacramento County Superior Court’s ruling in El Dorado Irrigation District v. State Water Resources Control Board, Case No. 01CS01319, and consolidated actions, in which the Sacramento Superior Court held that the State Water Resources Control Board improperly imposed Term 91 on El Dorado Irrigation District (EID) and El Dorado County Water Agency’s (EDCWA) water right permit. El Dorado Irrigation District and El Dorado County Water Agency filed notices of cross-appeal.
