In a decision filed January 12, 2004, the Colorado Supreme Court upheld the Water Court’s dismissal of a complaint requesting injunctive relief filed by the City of Golden (Golden) seeking to enjoin the State and Division Engineers (Engineers) from enforcing a call against Golden’s Oulette Ditch Priority No. 5 water right during the 2002 drought.
