Oregon: Endangered Species Act Issues Impacting Water Supply
There are two basins in Oregon where the Endangered Species Act (ESA) recently has had the most profound impact on water use and supply: the Klamath Basin and the Columbia River Basin. ESA effects are felt statewide, and various consultations have occurred in all parts of the state.
