    City of Rialto, et al. v. U.S. Dept. of Defense, et al

    On January 20, 2004, the City of Rialto and the Rialto Utility Authority (together, Rialto) filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, seeking damages and recovery costs for the clean up of perchlorate contamination in the Colton and Rialto groundwater basins.
