State Water Resources Control Board Holds Workshop to Consider Draft Order Regarding Agricultural Runoff Rules
On January 6 and 7, 2004, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) held a workshop to consider comments on the SWRCB’s proposed order on the petitions for review of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (RWQCB) Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Irrigated Lands (Regional Board Resolution No. R5-2003-0105). The SWRCB is expected to adopt a final order at the end of January 2004.
