On December 26, 2003, Judge J. Steven Patrick, Water Court Judge for Water Division No. 4, entered his order and final decree in Case No. 02CW38 granting the Upper Gunnison Water Conservancy District’s (Upper Gunnison) applied-for certain amounts for recreational in-channel diversions.
