State Water Resources Control Board Issues Draft Water Quality Order on Statewide General Waste Discharge Requirements for Dredged or Fill Discharges
On October 14, 2003, the California State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) issued a draft water quality order on statewide general waste discharge requirements for dredged or fill discharges that have received state water quality certification (general waste discharge requirements) pursuant to the federal Clean Water Act (CWA) § 401.
