State Water Resources Control Board Stays Requirement for Agricultural Coalitions to File Membership Documents under Agricultural Discharge Waiver.

On October 28, 2003, just days before the filing deadline, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) granted a stay of the requirement for coalition groups to file membership documents pursuant to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (CVRWQCB) Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Irrigated Lands (conditional waiver).
