Agricultural and Environmental Interests File Petition for Review of Conditional Waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Irrigated Lands
In August 2003, several agricultural and environmental organizations filed petitions for review with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) to challenge the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board’s (Regional Board) adoption of a conditional waiver of waste discharge requirements for discharges from irrigated lands.
