D.C. Circuit Finds Pollution Exclusion Does Not Bar Coverage from Carbon Monoxide Fumes Leaking from Furnace

Joining a growing national trend, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals has ruled that the absolute pollution exclusion does not bar coverage for indoor carbon monoxide poisoning caused by a faulty furnace.
