Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board Rescinds Dairy Runoff Waiver

On March 18, 2003, United States District Court Judge Tomas J. Whelan issued a preliminary injunction prohibiting the Department of Interior (DOI) from reducing the Imperial Irrigation District's (IID) 2003 water order of 3.1 million acre-feet.
