Court of Appeal Upholds Voter's Adoption of Orange County Charter

On March 3, 2003, the Fourth District Court of Appeal, Division 3, recently reversed and remanded an Orange County Superior Court decision, which had held that the adoption of the Orange County charter by ballot measure was invalid.
