    El Dorado Palm Springs Ltd. v. Riverside County Bd. of Supervisors

    The Fourth District Court of Appeal recently held that Proposition 8 requires a county tax assessor to perform reappraisals for the two years immediately following a decision to grant a property tax reduction under the Proposition due to a decrease in property value.
