Pennsylvania Superior Court Finds Carbon Monoxide Is a Pollutant for Pollution Exclusion Purposes

The Pennsylvania Superior court recently found that personal injuries damages caused by carbon monoxide were propoerly excluded under a "pollution exclusion" clause in a general liability insurance policy.
