The Court of Appeal, First Appellate District, rejected a challenge brought under the California Environmental Quality Act, the San Francisco Planning Code and General Plan, and the California Redevelopment Law, and upheld San Francisco and County of San Francisco's approvals facilitating the redevelopment of a downtown landmark.
