California Legislature and Ballot Initiatives Focus on Water Issues

Increasingly, the California Legislature and ballot initiatives are focusing on water policy related to growth and pollution, as well as public safety concerns with potential terrorist attacks on the water supply. Taken together, the state will be making some critical decisions in the next few years that will affect water supplies for decades to come.
