State Water Resources Control Board Adopts New Bacteria Total Maximum Daily Load for Los Angeles Coastal Beaches
On September 19, 2002, the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) approved a dry weather Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for bacteria at Santa Monica Bay beaches.
